There’s much to be said about healthy eating and much more to be said about healthy eating together with friends.
6:30AM came very early this morning but after getting out of bed, almost falling asleep in the shower and deciding which 5 layers of clothing I was going to wear today because we all of a sudden live in Minnesota, I gathered some red peppers, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes and eggs from the bounty of my recent produce market assault and headed across the street to the Sinclair House for breakfast with the guys. Friday morning for us means sharing and being thankful for what God has yet again decided to give us, and talk some shop about our upcoming week.
